“Jane delivered exactly as she said she would do. She dealt with a difficult situation with the owners having views, but living in another city and thus dealing directly with the owners’ parents - in effect politely dealing with four ‘clients’ on the one renovation!
She carried out and agreed the designs for the various rooms being renovated, got alternative quotes from builders and ordered the bespoke bedroom and kitchen cupboards and assisted in the selection of and then the ordering of furniture and equipment.

Our daughter had used Jane (and the same builder) for a refurbishment of her apartment and we plan to use Jane again for another apartment owned by the family and due for refurbishment.”

“We enlisted the services of Jane Higgins Home Design for our house. The layout downstairs was very tight, no storage, no flow, no matter where you stood you were in the way, we decided to increase the lower level of the house by adding on an extension. It was important to us that the space ‘worked’ in the best possible way and so we engaged Jane to re-design the layout of the ground floor fully, incorporating a new kitchen, cloakroom and open plan sitting room.

Jane’s plan and use of the space was incredible. She took every aspect of our needs into account and tweaked her plan throughout. We are blown away with how our house turned out, we now have so much storage and the most amazing open plan kitchen / sitting room. Her vast experience in Kitchen Design is evident from the minute you walk in, clever storage units, ‘gadget’s that actually work and enhance your everyday living. Jane was onsite throughout the build and the installation of the kitchen and her attention to detail on the finished look is so apparent, she treated it like it was her own home being done.
